      Includes the following Labor:  

• Disassemble core engine

• Clean / degrease all usable engine parts

• Inspect and check tolerances of all engine parts

• Bead-blast all useable engine parts

• If needed- Lightly hone all cylinders and re-silicon / carbide impregnate.

• X-ray crank for cracks, check straightness, and micro-polish 

• X-ray connecting rods for cracks, check straightness, and install new small end bushings if needed.

• Micro-polish all cam and balance shaft journals.

• Disassemble oil pump, clean, inspect, and rebuild.

• Powder coat cam housing and oil pan choice of color

• Jet Hot coat intake manifold. (polished look)

• Professionally rebuild complete engine to Porsche Factory specifications.

      Includes the following Parts:

• Bottom end gasket set

• Top end gasket set

• Main bearing set

• Rod bearing set

• Balance shaft bearings

• Rod bolts and nuts

• Head nuts and washers

• Piston rings

• Water pump

• Cam and balance shaft belts

• A/C / alternator, and power steering belts

• Cam and balance shaft belt roller / adjuster kit

• Distributor cap and ignition rotor

• Oil filter

• Spark plugs

• Vacuum hose (all)

• All new yellow chromium hardware throughout

• Camshaft, crankshaft, rods, and any other "hard part" needed if deemed to be non rebuildable.

      Recommended "Race" modifications for Race Cars:

• Cross-drill, knife-edge, and nitride crank $750.00

• Custom oil ban baffling $120.00

• Oil pick-up tube modification $20.00

All engines are built to "show car" standards!

Many of the engines we rebuild are shipped to us, so we have a separate price to R&R (remove and

 reinstall) and tune. This price also includes some extra parts such as- Motor oil, air filter, fuel filter, P.S.

 fluid, coolant, upper and lower coolant hoses, etc. The price to R&R and tune is $1,400.00

All Parts are Factory Original unless otherwise stated.
