Autosport Intercoolers
Level One Intercooler supports up to 500 HP for 1986 through 1989 951 (944 Turbo) $875.00

The Level Two intercooler requires cutting out the sheet metal piece between the bumper shocks.
These are brand new Intercoolers designed and built by Autosport.

Note: Pressure drops shown above are for test purposes only. If running less CFM the pressure drop will be less, if running more CFM pressure drop will be more.

Direct fitment into any 1977 - UP 930 (911 Turbo)
Fits 1986 944 Turbo with modification needed if you have the early style cross-over pipe. Also requires our stainless wastegate outlet pipe which dumps back into cat or cat bypass pipe.
Direct bolt onto any late style 1987 through 1989 944 Turbo crossover pipe, but will need our stainless wastegate outlet pipe which dumps back into cat or cat bypass pipe.
These wastegate are fully controllable with a manual type or electronic type boost controller (not included)
Available in red, blue, purple, yellow, black, or plan silver anodize.
Also available in 0.4, 0.6, 0.9, 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 1.4, 1.8, 2.0, and 2.2 Bar fixed spring rates.

More Power and torque from your engine due to smaller crank pulley drive size, smaller power steering (pulley on crank) drive size, larger alternator and power steering pulley sizes - Basically re-gearing the alternator, A/C and power steering to turn slower at high RPM. Also saves alternator, A/C compressor and power steering pump from damage when used at extended high RPM.
Under-drive pulley's have been used on all types of race cars and race boats for over 60 years, and are a proven way to gain free power!
CNC machined from billet aluminum and hard anodized in black, blue, silver, purple or red. They are much lighter than stock pulley's and look great!
They will not rust like stock painted steel pulley's. Direct bolt-in to stock location with no modifications required.

Note: All of our cranks have a hardening process called Nitride. This is the super hard treatment done to the crank after all machine work is done to make the crank much more durable - a must for racing applications! This is the same process the factory uses on all of their cranks. If you send your crank off, or buy a crank from any company, and they have done any machine work to the journals, they have cut through this super hard surface. Make sure you ask them if the crank has been "Nitrided"!
Core charge on all 78.9mm cranks is $375
Core charge on all 88mm cranks is $650
When you return your re-buildable crank, we will refund the core charge.
If you do not want to pay a core charge, send us your crank and we will perform whatever service you want and send it back to you within two weeks.
All cranks are STD. - STD on Main and Rod Journals unless otherwise stated.

Our 968 Racing Pistons have 2mm deeper than stock Valve Pockets for high lift race cams, and all of our pistons come with PC9 coated shirts, lightweight pins, retainers, and rings. Must be used in steel sleeve block. $870.00 set of four.
