Note: All of our cranks have a hardening process called Nitride. This is a super hard treatment performed to the cranks after all machine work has been completed, to make the crank much more durable. It is a must for racing applications! This is the same process the factory uses on all of their cranks. If you send your crank off, or buy a crank from any other company, and they have done any machine work to the journals, they have cut through this super hard surface. Make sure you ask them if the crank has been "Nitride Hardened"!

When you return your rebuildable crank, we will refund the core charge.
If you do not want to pay a core charge, send us your crank and we will perform whatever service you want and send it back to you within two weeks.

944, 944S, 924S, 944 Turbo 100mm bore 2.5 liter blocks to 102mm bore 2.6 liter with stock stroke or
102mm bore with 88mm stoke 2.9 liter
1989 944, 944S2, and 968 blocks sleeved to stock 104mm bore 2.7 liter with 78.9mm stroke or 3.0 liter with 88mm stroke. Also can go to 106mm bore with these blocks.
We have been sleeving blocks from 1999 with great success. These blocks have been race proven in the Rolex24 at Daytona many times with no problems!
The nice thing about steel sleeves is that pistons and rings are readily available (unlike MAHLE and KS pistons and rings).

Direct bolt onto any late style 1987 through 1989 944 Turbo crossover pipe, but will need our stainless wastegate outlet pipe which dumps back into cat or cat bypass pipe.
These wastegates are fully controllable with a manual type or electronic type boost controller (not included)

Drive Hub for Dry Sump Pulley
This custom 944, 944 Turbo, 968 Drive Hub mounts to your existing balance shaft / alternator crank pulley, in place of the power steering drive pulley. $175
It allows you to keep your alternator in the stock location with A/C, or in the European alternator location. It is designed to have a 3 stage Dry Sump Pump mounted in place of the power steering pump.
It has a 1" shaft to be used with any Peterson Fluid Systems Crank Driven Pulley's, and any Electromotive Trigger Wheel.
We have been installing Dry Sump Systems to Porsche 944 race cars for over 13 years. Using only Peterson Fluid Systems Components, these systems are Race Proven in the Rolex24 at Daytona, Mid Ohio, and Lime Rock Pro races, as well as dozens of HSR, SCCA, and PCA races.

Custom drilled by Hargett for Twin Plug, but will also work with stock Non Twin Plug engines.

HPP sets the standard again with quality and value. Their billet racing 911 valve covers are precisely made and will not warp like your stock valve covers. The unique design for the 911 series incorporates 964 style rubber seals (not included). These much improved rubber seals last longer than the 911 paper style and are much less prone to leak. Don't waste your time trying to flatten your stock valve covers, they will eventually just warp again from the metal memory. Sold is pairs (set of 2 covers).
