Trackside Assistance

Driver Education Events $300.00 per day per car (Includes one crew member per car)

Race Events $600.00 per day per car (Includes one crew member per car)

If additional crew members are needed - additional $300.00 per day per additional crew member.

Transportation

If you would like us to transport your race car to and from the race track from our shop, we provide this service for $1.00 per mile (both ways).

Transportation fee includes:

Load your race car onto our transporter, transportation fee of driver, fuel to and from track, wear and tear on transporter, unload race car at track, reload race car after event, transport race car back to our shop, and unload your race car at our shop.

What is included in Trackside Assistance? 

• Check and adjust tire pressures throughout event 

• Check tire temperatures throughout event

• Make minor alignment changes to optimize handling and tire wear

• Check brakes throughout event

• Make minor repairs throughout event

• Fuel car throughout event (customer pays for all fuel)

• Check and top off oil if needed

• Troubleshoot handling and running problems

• Answer any questions and give professional advice

• Keep lap times throughout event

Price includes All Crew Expenses.

Cylinder Head Work

944 8 valve head (1983 though 1989) job pricing:

Degrease head $30

Bead blast head $40

Resurface head $60

O-ring head $385

Replace valve guides $10 labor per guide (guides $8 each)

Replace valve seats $50 each (seats $48 each)

Install four larger intake valve seats (48mm from 45mm) $400 labor (48mm valve seats $65each)

Minor port work to all four intake ports $200

Major port work to all four intake ports (4mm larger) $400

Minor port work to all four exhaust ports (normally aspirated 944 head only) $200

Major port work to exhaust ports (3mm larger) normally aspirated 944 head only $400

Note: 944 Turbo heads can not have exhaust port work done due to the ceramic liners.

Basic valve Job $200 -  Includes disassemble head, cut 46 degree seats, and 60 degree angle, grind all valves, lap all valves, install new 

factory valve stem seals, and reassemble.

Competition valve Job $300 -  Includes disassemble head, cut 5 new valve seat angles (15, 31, 46, 60, and 75) grind all valves, lap all valves, install new factory valve stem seals, and reassemble.

Flow test head before and after port work $200 (flow results will be given with each head)

Remove any broken exhaust studs $10 each

Time-Sert any exhaust stud threads $5 each

Repair spark plug threads $10 each

Pitted head repair $200 - Includes TIG weld all pits and resurface 

Race valve springs $260 set of 8

Titanium retainers $280 set of 8

Turbo style double lip valve stem seals $6 each
