Includes the following:
Disassemble supplied block
Clean and inspect all parts
Lightly hone and silicon / carbide impregnate all cylinders if needed
Check crank for cracks and micro-polish all Journals
New main bearings
New rod bearings
New balance shaft bearings
New rod nuts, and bolts
New piston rings
Bottom end gasket set
Price includes all parts and labor. Price is for a "rebuildable" block. Any damaged or broken internal parts will be at an additional cost.
We take digital (before, during, and after) photos of all engines we build, and email these photos to our customers at no extra charge.
Additional information:
When sending your block, please remove everything from the outside of the block- Cylinder head, belts, pulley's, water pump, oil pan, etc.
Please do include: Complete engine block with crank, rods, pistons, balance shafts, balance shaft covers, and both balance shaft end covers (bearing housings at front of engine) and oil pump.
