Benefits of Trackside Assistance
Have you ever spent thousands of dollars preparing your race car, the cost of travel, and lodging, to do a DE or race event, just to find out when you get there, you have a problem with your race car that no one can help you with?
Using our Trackside Assistance Program assures you that every effort will be made to keep you on the track and in the race.
With over 28 years of Porsche repair and race car construction, we are your best bet!
What we provide
You will be provided with at least one qualified race car technician.
Troubleshooting and minor repairs will be included. (Any repairs deemed to be a "major repair" will be at an additional cost of our normal shop rate ($80.00 per hour) plus any parts needed)

After each session your car will be checked over thoroughly including - tire temperatures, tire pressures, tire ware, minor alignment corrections, check brake ware, fill fuel tank (fuel to be purchased by car owner), oil level check and topped off, suspension check, check for possible oil and coolant leaks, etc.

Trackside Assistance Fee
For anyone needing Trackside Assistance, call and make arrangements at least four weeks prior to your DE or race event. Our fee of $500.00 for the first day, and $400 for each additional day, plus a transportation fee to and from the race track must be pre-paid at that time. This is so we can make our own arrangements such as Hotel rooms and modifying our schedule. If you cancel your event for any reason there will be a $100.00 cancellation fee, and you will be responsible for any and all non-refundable deposits we may have encored while making our Hotel reservations. The balance of our fee pre-paid by you will be refunded within one week from the time of your cancellation.
The transportation fee includes our time on the road driving our vehicle, ware on our vehicle, and fuel, all at a rate of $1.00 per mile. We pay for our own lodging and food.
Example: From our shop located in Jacksonville, Florida to Daytona, Florida and back is 180 miles. This would cost you $180.00 for our transportation fee.
If you need a complete crew for a major event, there will be an additional fee of $400.00 per day, per crew member, plus our transportation fee per additional crew member.
"On Call" Assistance
Our "On Call" Assistance is a less expensive option to the Trackside Assistance program we provide.
For a fee of $100.00 we will be "On Call" for your entire race weekend.
This special service must be pre-paid at least two weeks prior to your DE or race event. When you call to make arrangements, you will provide us with your cell phone number. If you need any assistance during your event, you will call a special number we provide to you, if we recognize your number as a participant in our "On Call" Assistance Program, we will answer within two rings, and immediately start rectifying your problem over the phone. Each participant in the program will have a maximum of two hours of diagnostic and advice time throughout the event weekend.
There is no guarantee that we can repair or setup your race car over the phone, but we will make every effort to do so!
Note: Phone numbers not recognized as participants will not be answered over the event weekend, however we will be more than happy to assist you with your race car during our regular shop working hours.
